Refund Policy

30-Day Refund Period

Our refund policy lasts for 30 days from the date of receiving your purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Exempted Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.

Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gift cards.

Downloadable software products.

Some health and personal care items.

Required Documentation

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted if:

The item shows signs of use.

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record has been opened.

The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error.

The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us using our contact form.

Sale Items

Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds, but unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange such an item, please contact us via our contact form.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will issue a gift certificate to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us for return authorization and address.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when shipping an item over $75. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item, depending on your location.
